AnimeFest 2025 at Lansdowne Centre: What an Adventure!
What a weekend! On June 14–15, 2025, Magic Chest teamed up with Lansdowne Centre to bring AnimeFest to life — and fans showed up in full force for an unforgettable two‑day celebration of anime, cosplay, gaming, and collectibles.

35+ Vendors & Collectors Zone: Shoppers dug into rare goodies, including event‑exclusive Gundam kits, Pokémon collectibles, vintage trading cards, and more.

The 6-ft Gundam Statue: This massive centerpiece was the ultimate photo op that left fans snapping pics all weekend long.

Cosplay Showdown (June 14): Contestants brought their A‑game in our first-ever cosplay competition. Each contestant was judged on creativity, character presence, makeup, stage charisma, and audience impact—and the top three walked away with trophies and Magic Chest + Earls gift cards.

Pokémon TCG Tournament: Starting early Saturday morning, passionate players battled at Kiosk Court and later moved to Centre Court for dramatic semi‑finals and finals. Intensity and excitement were off the charts!

Sunday Activities: 🎨 Face painting by local artists (2–4 pm) turned fans into incredible characters, while a speed building competition (ages 6+) and anime-themed scavenger hunt energized the crowd with prizes including Pokémon card packs
