QR code giveaway expired on August 5th. My cards were ordered in September after the expiration and received in one month not 2 weeks.
I ordered this bundle thinking it was for the newer type of vending machines(cash/cc only machine that can do booster packs and singles) because it matched the product number of the original stock product that came with the machines. so just heads up since these are no refunds, these are for the coin operated machines only and will not fit the newer machines. Will hopefully save you from a $200 mistake, which took well over a month to ship/deliver.
Replacement refill orders need to be processed and shipped out with a higher sense of urgency. I sat for nearly three weeks due to what was alleged a tariff issue. The item came marked made in the USA which tells me I was being lied to. Someone has to figure out production and how to service your owners at a faster rate. I also currently have broken parts on my machine as well but am not sure I want to go through the hassles of getting the parts. Machine is operating now with only three working dials. I truly love this business but the fulfillment is a mess. Hopefully it gets figured out.

I understand that Pokémon cards are in high demand, but I would like Magic Chest to secure more PSA-graded cards and include them with our regular refills, as agreed and advertised. Since January 2025, all of my refills don't have any PSA card. Having these PSA cards on hand allows us to deliver them directly to winning customers and significantly boosts our ability to promote our location with high-quality product photos. When Magic Chest ships the cards directly to customers, we lose valuable promotional opportunities that could help grow our presence.
